The Blue House Realty Group is a family-owned business rooted in the 1990s. Our founder, a Cuban immigrant with nothing but the great American dream, worked night shifts for 20 years at a local printing factory before being able to buy and sell houses during the day to provide for his family.
Today, we are proud to be working with industry leaders to achieve our investors' goals. We specialize in different sectors of real estate to ensure that our clients get the best return on their investments.

Kevin Leon is the Managing Director at The Blue House Realty Group. He brings a wealth of knowledge having graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Master's degree in Strategic Communication as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
He also brings an impressive set of qualifications to the role, including a comprehensive understanding of sales, negotiation, communication, finance and marketing principles. He is a leader in the workplace due to his strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
Kevin is capable of adapting to different situations and overcoming obstacles in his commitment to deliver exceptional results. He has a proven track record of success throughout his career and his diverse education and experiences make him a valuable asset to the team.
